NORTH PARK VILLAGE SQUARE

Project Background:
The Northpark Village Square shopping center provides the suburban neighborhoods of Northbridge and Norhbridge Pointe with a place where people can meet, shop and relax in an elegant outdoor setting. These residential communities enjoy pedestrian paseos, great views, recreation centers and parks. But they did not have local shopping and restaurants that encouraged meeting friends in an urban setting until Northpark Village Square was built. The project immediately attracted Starbucks, a couple boutique restaurants and large numbers of local residents.

Scope of Work:
Preliminary Design and construction documents included hardscape and landscape. Preliminary design included colored and rendered plan view, sections and perspectives. Construction administration included hardscape and landscape installation, fountain installation and irrigation scheduling. ROW design included corner monument.

Sustainability:
Calsense irrigation control, permeable paving, low water use planting.
